CHALLENGE
CreativeMornings, founded by Tina Roth Eisenberg, had grown from a single Brooklyn breakfast lecture series into the world's largest face-to-face creative community, hosting events in 230+ cities across 65+ countries. As Head of Content & Brand, I faced the challenge of evolving the organization's content strategy and brand communications to match its expansive global footprint. The brand needed to scale sustainably—not just in reach, but in tone, clarity, and revenue—while maintaining the intimate community spirit that made it resonate. My work centered on building omni-channel content strategies, formalizing partnership frameworks, and establishing thought leadership that would help CreativeMornings professionalize its global platform while ensuring consistency across hundreds of autonomous chapters.

APPROACH & OUTCOME
I led content and communications strategy across all channels, developing integrated approaches for email, social, and web that reached millions. My work on global newsletters achieved 5.4M reads with 225K subscribers and a 25% open rate, while I managed editorial strategy for the blog that drove 180K page views through 1.2K contributors and 80 original posts. I also co-produced CreativeMornings Podcast Season 3 and led ad sales efforts, securing partnerships with advertisers including SiteGround.
My primary strategic focus was building the brand partnerships program—leading content and communications for 50+ partnerships with Adobe, Mailchimp, WordPress, and other major technology brands. These collaborations encompassed 300+ event activations and integrated marketing campaigns, developing B2B partnership strategies that translated into B2C messaging across digital channels. I conducted A/B testing, growth experiments, and optimized content user journeys to improve engagement and conversion metrics. Throughout all initiatives, I created copywriting and messaging for the global website, newsletters, landing pages, and social advertisements, establishing a consistent brand voice that positioned CreativeMornings as a thought leader in the creative community space.
