Amplifying a landmark year of product launches, partnerships, and cultural moments.
From 2015–2016, I joined the in-house communications team at Squarespace during a period of rapid product expansion and cultural visibility. The company was simultaneously shipping major platform features—domains, commerce analytics, payments, and publishing tools—while scaling its brand presence through high-profile campaigns, partnerships, and awards.
As a Communications & PR Intern based in New York, I supported both internal and external communications across press, owned channels, and content marketing. My role sat at the intersection of product, brand, and media relations: translating complex feature updates into clear narratives for journalists, maintaining the newsroom CMS as a source of truth, and supporting editorial and sponsorship decisions that reinforced Squarespace's position as a design-forward technology company.
Across an eight-month internship, I contributed to the rollout of 15 product and campaign launches, helping the team deliver consistent, timely messaging during a landmark year for the brand—one that culminated in major product milestones, award recognition, and a Super Bowl campaign that further cemented Squarespace in popular culture.
