Five years building the content infrastructure that scaled a breakfast lecture series into a global creative institution.
Founded as a small Brooklyn breakfast lecture series, CreativeMornings grew into the world's largest face-to-face creative community, spanning 230+ cities across 65+ countries. As the organization scaled globally, the core challenge was coherence: supporting growth across hundreds of independent, volunteer-led chapters while maintaining a clear, consistent brand presence across content, partnerships, and communications.
Over five years, I progressed from Partnerships Success Analyst to Head of Content & Brand, helping shape how CreativeMornings showed up in the world—online and off. Across three roles, I led the development of scalable editorial and partnership infrastructure: defining global brand voice, formalizing content partnerships, and building internal systems that enabled consistency without over-centralization.
My work spanned global editorial strategy, newsletters, digital platforms, and brand partnerships with leading technology companies. The result was a sustainable model for content and partnerships that supported long-term audience growth, strengthened brand relationships, and positioned CreativeMornings as a global creative institution rather than a single event series.
